Cadet Force Instructional Training (CFIT) Weekend 2
For Year 11, New Year 12 Intake and Cadre NCOs
The aim of this course is to provide the Cadets with an outstanding experience in leadership and instructional techniques in preparation to take over the training of the junior cadets, working towards senior leadership positions in Year 13.
