This is an opportunity for you to improve your personal drill and turnout, to enable you to deliver at the highest standard to our cadets, with a view to becoming Cadet Drill Instructors. This will also further develop your leadership skills by introducing you to some of the most effective leadership models used in in the modern day! 

The day will be lead by Army Cadet and RAF Drill Instructors and a Leadership Instructor from the ACF Initial Officer Training Team @ Sandhurst.

It is highly recommended for ALL  to attend if possible before becoming the Senior Cadets in the Contingent.
